Shipping Rates
Given the comparably large size and weight of our product suite, it is generally expensive to ship the items. As a added value to our customers we provide low shipping rates for orders under $250 and FREE SHIPPING for orders $250 and over, a savings that can be quite substantial given the fact that some of our items exceed 100lbs! The following is our shipping rate structure:

Items usually ship within 3 business days via ground transportation and are received within 7 to 10 business days unless specifically stated otherwise. If quicker shipping is required, please email info@wishrooms.com prior to ordering and we will provide a quote.
International, Alaska and Hawaii Shipping
At this time, WishRooms.com does not ship items internationally and to Alaska and Hawaii.

Sales Tax
Wishrooms.com Corp. is based in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a result, all orders placed from customers in Arkansas will be charged sales tax of 7.5%.
Return Policy
We only carry products from reputable, quality manufacturers. However, even under the best circumstances, products may arrive with defect or shipping damage. Please inspect your purchase thoroughly immediately after receiving it. Your purchase may be eligible for return within 7 days of receipt if it is determined by WishRooms.com that the product was damaged in the initial shipping or has a manufacturer’s defect.
Wishrooms.com must authorize all returns BEFORE they are sent. Please send an email within 7 days of receipt of your order to info@wishrooms.com to receive the required preauthorization. Many of the items purchased on our website are given as gifts. It is imperative that the customer thoroughly inspects the item(s) for damage or defect and notify us of any issues within 7 days of receipt of such items. Once we authorize a return we will email you back with your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), the return mailing address and any further instructions. Again, all returns must be preauthorized without exception. Please note that we are unable to reimburse shipping expenses.
Furthermore, all returns must be shipped back in the original box at the customer’s expense. The box must contain all the original packaging, accessories, instructions, and any other original materials included with the shipment. The merchandise will then be sent back to the manufacturer by the customer and at the customer’s expense.
After the manufacturer has received the product and the claim of damage or defect has been determined to be legitimate and not the result of misuse or abuse on the part of the customer, a replacement will be sent in an expedient fashion. Items returned for purposes other than damage or defect will be subject to a 15% restocking fee based upon the price of the item (excluding shipping costs). Personalized items will only be considered for return if damaged as a result of shipping or manufacturer’s defect.
